Shipping Policy
JNT Express is a cheap shipping option for that is sent to delivery orders at P120. This shipping option does not include insurance, but it does include tracking. We are not responsible for lost parcels once they have left our store. If your package is lost in the mail please contact your local postal provider. Please allow 4-7 days for order processing. Other Shipping options: GoGo Express which includes P150 shipping nationwide.
Packaging rates are calculated based on Weight and Height of the parcel. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns as exchanges for store credit within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Made to order, sale and custom items are not eligible for return. This includes limited edition releases and other devices with extra accessories. To start a return please email titacompanymuseek@gmail.com
